Training Materials

Welcome to the training materials provided by the MANUFACTURING 4 ALL project. Here you will be able to access numerous contents related to training in digital skills, innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition, you have at your disposal different training courses for young people in the process of transformation and digitisation.

1. “Guide of good practices in Europe on education in digital competences for the transformation to Industry 4.0”.

 

It is designed to help educators, career counselors, policymakers and industry leaders prepare the workforce for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The guide addresses the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data analytics into industrial processes and the impact of these technologies on employment.

2. “Innovation Lab Implementation Guide”.

 

 

This guide outlines a systematic approach to data collection and analysis to identify skill gaps and create tailored strategies focuses on bridging the gap between the skills possessed by young people and those demanded by industries, particularly in the context of Industry 4.0.
