Manufacturing4All

CONTEXT:
Several localities in Southern Europe, specifically small municipalities, are ceasing to be an economic and social attraction for people, thus being doomed to abandonment by their inhabitants. This is due to changes in business dynamics caused by the globalisation and decentralisation of companies and the difficulties in adapting to the process of digitalisation and implementation of new technologies.

 BUDGET:

 60.000 EUROS

 DURATION:

 14 MESES

 CONSORTIUM:

MANUFACTURING 4 ALL
The European project MANUFACTURING 4 ALL aims to transform small municipalities through digital education and entrepreneurship. The main objective will be to implement good practices in digital skills training for the transformation towards Industry 4.0 and to improve the training of technical and support staff in the field of training, guidance and socio-occupational integration of young people in Industry 4.0.
The project has a budget of 60,000 euros financed by the ERASMUS+ programme and will be led by Onil Town Council during its 14-month duration. MESTIERI LOMBARDIA Consorzio di cooperative sociali S.C.S. (Italy), FunkWeb Suksess for alle (Norway) and Finnova (Belgium) will act as the main partners of the project.
An educational and recruitment model for young unemployed people will be created in order to contribute to the municipal transformation and to achieve a more digitalised business fabric and a greater entrepreneurial spirit among citizens. In this way, innovative solutions to the industrial recession, the youth exodus to big cities and, consequently, the negative demographic growth of certain regions will be sought.

PROJECT RESULTS

1. “Guide of good practices in Europe on education in digital competences for the transformation to Industry 4.0”.

2. “Innovation Lab Implementation Guide”.
