MANUFACTURING 4 ALL is a European project dedicated to the implementation of good practices based on digital competences and the transformation towards Industry 4.0. Thanks to this initiative, it aims to address the problems of depopulation in various localities, resulting from the lack of a digitalised business fabric.

OBJECTIVES:

– Encourage the involvement of young unemployed people.

– Implementation of existing industries in a process of educational, digital and entrepreneurial transformation.

– Find innovative solutions to address the industrial recession, the youth exodus to big cities and the negative demographic growth in certain regions.

– Improving the training of technical staff and support staff in the field of training, guidance and socio-occupational integration of young people in Industry 4.0.

STRATEGIES:

Collect all the knowledge acquired and related to the acquisition of digital competences in two different guides:
– Innovation Lab Implementation Guide
– Guide to good practice in Europe on e-skills education for the transformation to Industry 4.0.

CHARACTERISTICS:

– Budget: 60.000 euros
– Project duration: 14 months
– Start date: 1/09/2023
– Number of partners: 4

Industry 4.0:

Industry 4.0 represents a new technological revolution focused on improving production techniques and operations through intelligent and adaptive technologies. The focus lies in the emergence and development of revolutionary new digital systems such as artificial intelligence, web analytics, robotics, etc. The differentiating change lies in the constant collection of information and the access and updating of data in real time, thanks to the implementation of algorithmic systems.
